When he learned of his selection, Levi told the Foundation:

"I feel grateful that the Foundation selected me as a recipient of the William R. Reaugh Memorial Scholarship. I am thankful that I have received a monetary award, but I also feel privileged to be recognized from a national pool of applicants. I would also like to thank AITP, the staff at Oklahoma Panhandle State University, my family, and my friends, for all helping to present this opportunity to me.

As I prepare to enter the workforce, I plan to excel throughout my career in IT, and I hope to accomplish more than enough to contribute back to those who have helped me along the way, as well as contribute to future deserving students. This award jump starts that goal."
